Dr. Steve Fallek

Dr. Steve Fallek is one of plastic surgery’s rising stars.  He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as the American Board of Surgery with expertise in the fields of cosmetic plastic surgery of the face and body.  His views and opinions on plastic surgery have been featured in publications including the New York Times, the New York Post, New York Daily News, Glamour, and In Style Magazine.  He has written many articles for both the general public as well as the cosmetic and beauty professional world.  Dr. Fallek has also been seen on national television outlets such as CNN and the CW network discussing some of the newest techniques in cosmetic surgery. He is on the editorial boards of WLS Magazine, a magazine devoted to patients undergoing weight loss surgery  and Beauty Survival, a website for skin and beauty care. He is a member of the executive board of the New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is on the Board of Advisors for Axis Three, a medical computer imaging company and is a nonpaid consultant to Artimplant, a Swedish device company.  He is the medical director of THE FACE Laser Clinic, a medical spa & laser clinic in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.   He has offices in New York City and New Jersey.

Dr Michelle Iacaruso

Dr Michelle Iacaruso is a board certified family physician who has additional training and expertise in aesthetic medicine. She received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her family practice residency at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Chester, PA.

Dr Iacaruso has been practicing medicine for over a decade and will be doing Botox and dermal filler injections, skin conditioning, acne consults and laser resurfacing at The Face Laser Clinic. Dr Iacaruso is a member of the
American Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine.

Dr. Nilay Shah

Born and raised in the suburbs of Buffalo, NY, Dr. Shah earned his bachelors at Cornell University. Dr. Shah went on to complete his medical education at St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies where as president of the world's largest chapter of the American Medical Students Association, he helped to set up a dozen clinics around the island to help care for thousands of local island residents.  Dr. Shah also coordinated a $250,000US donation to improve the island nation's healthcare system.  Dr. Shah was recently inducted into the school's chapter of the Gold Humanism Honor Society, which advances humanism in medicine, perpetuating the tradition of the caring doctor.

Dr. Shah moved on to New York City where he completed a residency in Neurology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center followed by a Fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at Presbyterian Hospital of the University of Pittsburgh.  While at Mt. Sinai, he helped to found the website MedicalPocketPC.com, the world's leading resource for healthcare professionals improving patient care using handheld technology.  More recently he and several friends started MedicaliPhone.com.

He is currently Medical Director of the Holistic Med Spa & Laser clinic as well as the Integrated Medicine and Nutrition Clinic in Mt. Kisco, NY.  There he helps patients to find beauty on the inside through a wholistic medical practice, and the outside with the use of fillers and botox.  Dr. Shah has been working with Botox for over 10 years, and had been teaching other physicians techniques in the use of botox and fillers for use in their own spas for the last two years.  Dr. Shah is also a member of the physician staff at THE FACE Laser Clinic in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.  Dr. Shah has appeared on several television and radio shows to promote health, wellness and beauty in a way easy for the public to understand. 

In his free time, Dr. Shah enjoys bicycling, skiing, swimming, SCUBA diving when he gets a chance, and travel, having visited over 60 countries on every continent.

Jason S. Lee, M.E., MBA, CLC, Member MAPA

Mr. Lee was a Founder and C.E.O. of Idee Laser Skin Clinic, LLC in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Idee was one of the first Cosmetic Laser Centers in the area. Now he brings a unique Clinic that offers broad range of Laser Procedures, Plastic Surgery and Medical Skincare.
His 3-Dimensional approach is serving the need of Cosmetic Surgery Patients very well. Mr. Lee is now currently working with Cosmetic Dentistry Group to add yet another dimension to his current medical philosophy. His medical staffs include Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Cosmetic Medicine Specialist. He also is an Expert Laser Clinician, trained and certified by major Laser Companies like Aesthera, Fraxel, Sciton, Synosure & Thermage. Mr. Lee has done many Clinical trials on Asian Skins. He is well versed and trained on Intense Pulsed Light Technology. Mr. Lee also is an expert in Radio Frequency Technology. He has trained and worked with many Physicians on laser technology and laser devices.
Mr. Lee is a true believer of Anti-Aging Medicine such as Mesotherapy, Hormone and Carboxy Therapy. He believes in combination treatment to enhance the efficacy of Laser Devices. He is a founding member of Medical Aesthetics Practice Association.
Born and Raised in Seoul, Korea. Mr. Lee attended Yonsei University. Mr. Lee received his Bachelors Degree from New School for Social Research with minors in both Business Administration and Clinical Psychology. He also has a Graduate Degree from New York University.
He lives in Bergen County in New Jersey with his wife and two kids.
